Kassie runs that show at Relay for Life event at Carthage College!

Hello! I'm Kassandra Pacheco your 2015 Midwest International Junior Miss. As a committee member for my schools chapter of "Relay for Life" I was able to put months of planning into action! on April 17th at 6pm, we started our 12 hour event that lasted until April 18th ending at 6am. This event was to help find a cure for Cancer; College against cancer! We have been raising money for this annual event , and because of everyone who came out to this event, we raised $46,000 for cancer research!!

As the Head Co-Chair for entertainment, I helped to run the show! This experience was amazing because I was able to see everyone have fun throughout the night! The best part is that, all of it was for cancer research. No one should ever have to hear the words "You have cancer". I have hopes that the money we have raised will go towards one day finding a cure for cancer! Being able to represent my International Junior Miss title while there was amazing!
